No Sperm – Azoospermia
Azoospermia is the term that is used when there is no sperm seen in the semen analysis. In many cases men with azoospermia can have children. Dr. Gittens is a male fertility specialist and urologist. After a full evaluation which includes a physical exam, blood work and genetic testing, he may start you on hormonal therapy or he can perform a number of surgical interventions that may make it possible for you to have a child.
